4. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on this website are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4.3

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Debit Cards

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash Payments (where applicable)

Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED are accepted for online payments.

4.5

The price and currency displayed during checkout will be the same price and currency charged to the customer.

All payments are subject to authorization, verification, and approval.

5. Orders

By placing an order, customers confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

Marvellous Point Perfumes LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product Unavailability

  • Pricing Errors

  • Suspected Fraudulent Activity

  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions

Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order. An order is considered accepted only after processing and dispatch by Marvellous Point Perfumes LLC.

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1

Orders with a total value of AED 600 or above qualify for FREE delivery within the United Arab Emirates.

6.2

Orders below AED 600 are subject to a standard delivery charge of AED 30.

6.3

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Dubai: Approximately 4 hours during business hours.

  • Other Emirates: 1–2 business days.

6.4

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Marvellous Point Perfumes LLC.

6.5

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Marvellous Point Perfumes LLC shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

7.1

Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving an order.

7.2

Returned products must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In Original Packaging

  • In Resalable Condition

7.3

For hygiene and product authenticity reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.

7.4

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.

7.5

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from an error made by Marvellous Point Perfumes LLC.

8. Order Cancellation

8.1

Orders may be cancelled within 8 hours of placement, provided processing or shipment has not commenced.

8.2

Cancellation requests submitted after an order has been dispatched may not be accepted.

9. Restricted Countries & Compliance

9.1

Marvellous Point Perfumes LLC does not conduct business with countries, organizations, or individuals subject to applicable sanctions, embargoes, or legal restrictions.

9.2

Marvellous Point Perfumes LLC reserves the right to refuse any transaction that may violate applicable laws or regulatory requirements.
